Novus Aphrodite Pudica, being my very first exhibit made it a really important and super memorable event for. As I was writing this, I can still feel the excitement and happiness I felt when I first stepped into Entablado to set up and hang my beloved art works. I couldn’t thank our God in the highest enough because He permitted me to finally showcase my works to a group of people. Like what I have said on my Facebook, I never thought that this would happen because I felt that I was never enough. Until now, I still think that I didn't deserve to have that exhibit, but there my works were displayed and presented to an audience I’ve never once had. I was also able to voice out something really important through my sketches. I am not going to further write more about what happened in this exhibit but I hope you'll get to feel the event through the photos I posted below: It took me a month or more in preparation for this event. From drawing the actual sketches to be displayed while battling with my work schedules, to lay-outing of my posters, invitations, and calling cards as the event drew nearer. This is my girl, Nheslyn Calo. She was the one who read my speech because I arrived late. Selfie with our guest performer, Jeremy Quilario. He performed his original songs during the event. From left to right, my co-exhibitor Dan Sta. Romana, Yusaine Maon, Nhes Calo, Me, Roy Padrid, and our special and unexpected guess, Ms. Karylle Tatlonghari-Yuzon. Picture with my babies. A closer look :) And of course, my outfit for that night: To know more about my exhibit, please click here: NOVUS APHRODITE PUDICA SHARE THIS ARTICLE: |
